New Fee Structure (EASA Part 66)

To try and help during the present economic down-turn we have carried out a careful analysis of our pricing structure. We have pared our costs right down and have managed to reduce our prices considerably.

The two tables below show the modules (for the category A line mechanic and the category B licensed engineer), the number of books per module and the prices for the Full Student (FS) and the Study Books (SB) programmes. The ‘weight’ column shows the approximate packed weight of the module/programme which is used to calculate the postal charges on the ordering form. For postal charges see the third table in this section.

Our prices include VAT where applicable and in each case an element of the registration fee. There is NO separate registration fee.

Remember

  1. If you order the FS programme for modules 7, 9 or 10 then these come complete with the appropriate EE programme.
  2. The postal service is intended for those living in countries where postal services are poor/insecure and you want the CAA to use LBP as your mailing address.

Post & Packing

Based on the weight of each programme with the ordering form calculating the total weight and adding the postage automatically once the postal area click-down button is pressed. Postage rates in the UK are based on the Post Office Recorded Delivery service for packages up to 5kg. Over this the rates are based on TNT courier service. Outside the UK delivery will be by courier service except for UK service personnel where it will be Forces Mail.

For any particular order, if the courier charges are different from those shown on the ordering form, we will email you and inform you of the difference before processing the order.

Orders are normally processed on the same, or next working day with despatch the following day. In the UK delivery will be the day after. So if an order is sent in on a Saturday it will be processed on the (next) Monday, sent out on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday. In the EU delivery will take up to 5 working days. Outside the EU delivery is up to 2 weeks but we will email you and let you know.

Confirmation of received orders is sent immediately by email.

Part Modules

We provide a complete range of part modules for those who have restricted Part 66 licences and who wish to remove the restrictions. These are sold effectively on a pro-rata basis. The lists of part modules required to remove the various restricts is extensive and to publish them here would not be appropriate. If you have restrictions which you want to lift then check on the ELGD document on the CAAs website then contact us for details (prices etc). We will be happy to give you a quote.

When emailing please state the part modules you require and the restrictions you are lifting, or the licence you have now and the one you wish to get.
